If you have a Ysos GOLD GIFT:
If you have received a subscription as a gift, it will have the expiry date described in the “plan details” button accessible from the “My Profile” tab.
If you want to cancel your gift, please contact us by sending an email to our customer service team.
Important: By deleting your account you will lose the applied gift.
If you have PURCHASED a Ysos GOLD Subscription:
If you have purchased a subscription on Google Play or App Store and do not want to renew, we will explain in this article how to avoid future charges!
Ysos subscriptions are processed by Google Play Store and App Store, so cancellation is done through these platforms.
Canceling on Android:
Open the Google Play Store App , tap on your profile picture (located in the top right corner of the screen), and then go to “Payments & subscriptions“.
Go to “Subscriptions” and search for your Ysos GOLD plan. After tapping on the app icon, you will be redirected to the subscription management tab.
At the bottom of the page, there is the option “Cancel subscription“. Tap it and confirm the reason for your cancellation.
You will be informed that your subscription will be canceled at the end of the period and there will be no further charges after that. To finish, just click the green button.

If you didn’t find your Ysos subscription, it’s possible that the subscription was made on another Play Store account. See how to log in with another email.
Canceling on iPhone:
On your iPhone, open the App Store and tap on your profile picture (located in the top right corner of the screen). Then tap on “Subscriptions” and on the new page, search for Ysos.
In “Edit subscription“, scroll down to the last option and tap “Cancel subscription“.
After confirming the process, you will be informed that your plan will remain active until the last paid day and there will be no further charges.

What happens after cancellation?
After canceling the subscription, you will still have access to GOLD for the remaining period that has already been paid.
For example, if you signed up for a 30-day plan and canceled the subscription on the 5th day, you will still have access to the remaining 25 days.
Important: deleting your account or removing ysos from your list of apps will not cancel your subscription!
Canceling prevents a new charge in the next month. You need to cancel in the stores to avoid future charges!
