And the food? It’s a show in itself! There are multiple restaurants offering different cuisines. There’s Japanese, French, and many other options, plus 24-hour room service so you can order whatever you want from the comfort of your couch.
Since it’s an exclusive resort with a more private vibe, the daytime atmosphere is very relaxed—couples chatting by the pools, some getting massages at the spa, others enjoying the beach.

Although clothing is optional throughout the resort, actual sexual activity is only allowed in specific areas. These include an outdoor space with a heated pool, jacuzzis, and designated beds, as well as, of course, guest private rooms.
Besides that, every night, there’s some kind of show and a theme party—this is when things really get steamy.
And trust me, people take the theme parties very seriously! Most guests wear gorgeous costumes, some quite elaborate, others more sensual. But there are also people who spend the whole day and night in flip-flops and swimwear, and that’s totally fine too.

Obviously, a week at Desire Pearl Resort isn’t the most affordable experience, but if you have the opportunity to go, it’s worth every penny. The place itself is amazing, you’ll meet couples from all over the world, and they’re very welcoming to first-timers. The staff, the accommodations, the food—everything is five stars.
