If you intend to delete your account, it is important to highlight that deletion is permanent and your profile cannot be recovered.
For GOLD profiles:
If you have an active ysos Gold subscription, please note that deleting your account or removing Ysos from your apps list will not automatically cancel your subscription!

Step-by-step:
The first step is to access the “My Profile” page by tapping on the last icon on the navigation bar located on the bottom right corner of the screen. Next, access the settings menu, represented by the gear icon on the top right corner of the screen, to open the “Settings” page.
Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the “Delete Profile” option. Please, before deleting, tell us why you are leaving us, we truly want to know what we could have done better.
Remember that deleting a profile removes all of its content from the platform, and account data is permanently erased, including photos, friends, and personal information.
